Of course there is a money back guarantee. Within 30 days with original packaging.
What is the pricing?
These are the most affordable speakers in their class. The pricing will not be finalized until the end of the month.

Do your 5.1 Speaker systems come with stands for all of the different speakers to rest on?
A. Our systems do not include stands for the different speakers to rest on. These can be purchased separately at your local home furnishing store.

 

Trouble Shooting :

Q: My USB Speakers are not being automatically detected?

A: Since each motherboard is built differently, on some computer systems you must ENABLE the IRQ for USB in the BIOS. Each kind of motherboard has it own way of enabling this feature. Restart your computer and hit delete on your keyboard while your computer is booting up. You will enter what is known as the BIOS of the computer. Here you will be able to change various settings. Look under PNP/PCI Configuration. Here you can ENABLE the IRQ for USB. After you ENABLE the IRQ for USB, save settings by clicking Yes(Y) and press ENTER on your keyboard to. Your computer will automatically reboot. Plug the speakers into an available USB port on your computer, turn up the volume and enjoy. (Please see your motherboards user’s manual for detailed instructions for enabling the IRQ for USB in the BIOS)
